Satish was fantastic as a bartender but I faced several issues with Coox team. The amount was incorrect.. at the time of the booking confirmation, it was 2413 according to which 40% payment was made. But a day later it was revised to 2767 without any reason and I was charged that amount. The issue was highlighted multiple times but no response was given and I had to pay the revised amount to not create a scene in front of my guests.
