Pathetic waiter

The waiter experience was pathetic. At the last moment the waiter was changed. The new waiter reached 1.5 hrs late and he kept complaining about getting late during the middle of his job. He did not even clean the dishes properly, and we had to keep prompting him to do the work. Very poor experience from Coox and I am utterly disappointed and want full refund
