Made average Chinese food that lacked authentic flavour. It was more like desi chinese.

our experience with chef was not good at all. Chef was not at all professional . Working in the kitchen very unhygienically .... no mask at all.... dont wash hands after coming from outside ...... since all food was eas for fasting guests , he was eating all the times. He has wasted a lot of foodstuff... and dont know to cook Samak Poori. We have to provide him two helpers in the kitchen to maintain . After finishing he has not cleaned the kitchen too . Above all when our maid cleaned the kitchen , he clicked the pic for his record. Hope u understand and take care in future for other guests .
