We had a house party of 30. Chef is really professional. But he cant handle everything on his own. Helper is must.

I had taken the Pro Chef service from Coox. During the time of booking I was promised that for my House Party, I would be given a Chef and one Assistant Chef. I booked the service and when the Chef details were sent on the day of service I could also see the Assistant details. But after sometime and at the time of my service the Assistant chef did not appear and his name was also removed from my booking. The customer support was pathetic and I had to fight alot to receive the actual service for which I paid. Promises that are broken is not a sign of a healthy service company. Having said that, the main Chef that came was awesome. He cooked things that were both yummy and in the right quantity. Appreciate his time & efforts!

The chef didn’t come on time. He only arrived after the all the food was made. It was complete chaos - there was no communication from the chef. The COOX people said that the assistant chef is as good as the pro chef. Pro chef also said the same thing. If the pro chef and assistant chef are same then why have a pro chef at all and charge extra!?
