It was mentioned that the cooking counters at least would been cleaned after the job was done but the chef and the assistant messed it up so much that cleaning itself took us an hour after. Didn’t expect the vessels to be washed. That was handled. Just didn’t expect the cooking area to become such a BIG MESS. Only downside to the experience.
