Very bad experience overall, in term of cook assignment, customer service responsiveness and support, and preparation of food. Very spicy food prepared despite multiple reminders right from start to not make it spicy, and also quantity of food prepared was almost double of what was asked. COOX is a NoGo for us and our friends from now on.
