Coox is calling their cooks a chef, which is wrong. The person who visited at my place was a cook. He was a good person at heart and polite, but not an expert in cooking. He was an average cook who can cook good sabji roti dal chawal. Hygiene wise also he was not good, I had to clean my kitchen post service. My service was booked for 3hours for 3 dishes. But it took 4:23 mins. I was charged Rs. 8/min, which is fraud. I'm not sure whether the cook was slow for coox has provided less time for service. I felt cheated at the end and was not at all happy. I will never recommend it anyone. I booked this service as a demo for my upcoming party. I'm happy I did not take chance on my party day with coox service.

The cook Balaji is not at all good, he doesn't know cooking, I had selected chicken korma from the menu, but Balaji didn't know what is chicken korma he prepared a pathetic chicken curry, he doesn't even know to prepare phulka roti, burnt all the rotis, Inwas embarrassed in front of my guests. He also burnt my new casserole by keeping it near the gas flame. Overall a pathetic experience, please don't let this man cook in your house for any occasion, he is a complete mess and also very slow.
