I was expecting a different outcome but the guy who came cooks same as my cook. No difference. I wasn’t expecting hotel level but at least refinement to match commercial establishments.

The cook made too much pulao and burnt it. Most of the dishes were too spicy and lacked proper taste. Quantity was not accurate, some were too much and some too less.

Worst experience..worst worst No dish was properly cooked ..presentation was very bad ..chapati were half cooked,half burnt..bad in shape ..made less in quantity. Veh cutlet was tasteless..made it super spicy by adding lots of green chillies and garam masala that too spices were not cooked properly in both starter and curry..none of my guest liked the food .. Sabudana khichadi for fast was not made properly..neither sabudana were cooked perfectly..added lots of red chilli powder spices added were raw..not cooked as required.
