It was a disaster making the food. 6 items to be prepared at around same time was not possible for single chef. Our own maid prepared the food and I myself had to cook. 1. Crispy corn: fried by our maid 2. Dahi ke kebab: fried by our maid 3. Grilled vegetables: cooked in our oven instead of the grill, again by me. 4. Soya Chap was supposed to be grilled but chef prepared it to be cooked in Pan. No marination for the Soya chaap was prepared ahead of time. Chef cooked Mutton and Chicken on the bbq grill. While operating on the grill he just could not do any other operation or cooking. When I questioned why is he alone, Chef told that they were supposed to send one more person but they could not arrange. The chef doesn't knows the basics of bbq grill and had put the coal in the wrong place. Chef did the food preparation but failed miserably at preparation. Not ordering again from coox. Sorry state of things, with wrong estimation.
