Taste wise biriyanis are good, but the rice went broken, it was not prepared in Hyderabadi dum biryani style. No fried onion were garnished. Chicken biryani was very messy, mutton pieces were over cooked. Veg was good, but again basmati rice were broken. Chicken kabab have less masala, avg taste.

This Chef seem to be a Home cook.. He is not a professional Chef with the work ethics. Since he turned in late, was in a hurry, had repeated phone calls.. Fruit custard was blackened..
