The ingredient list sent by coox is not matching the chef's requirements. This is very confusing to graso that the 2 parties i.e. coox and chef doesn't have any coordination at all. Due to this idli and wadas were very hard and basically not eatable

Multiple issues 1- They hadn't serve the food at right time ,guest has to wait for 1&1/2hour for dinner 2-they hadn't wear uniform and I complain to Jyoti but she doesn't bother to give me reply 3-ingridients were over used so wastage of food is too much 4-too much oily& too much spicy food 5-very unprofessional way to attend the catering service so very disappointment to us.I am very upset with these kind of trouble myself and my guest face,I was repetatingly asking you about service part but not professional behaviour end from your side

Chef is not feeling well while cooking asking continue to leave then why he should accept booking from coox and suggested to order food outside for party is better than booking from coox. in he is spreading negative feed back frm company of coox.in plz pay attention.
