Gaurav and kulwant were great. They were before time. Very cooperative. Amazing food both veg non veg, snacks and main course. Presentation was good. Quantity was bang on except for the rice. Kitchen got messy with the amount of utensils used but that can also be because we didn’t have a very big kitchen. But overall experience was great and will definitely call them again. However, coox as an app is good concept but customer service is horrible. The fact that they don’t share details of the chef till last minute is crazy. I had also called for a cleaner which never came and they said they would send someone. So definitely app can do better.

The concept is great.. however not sharing the details of the cook till the last minute was not good as it kept us anxious.. the website was down twice in a duration of one day when our booking was for next morning.. The cook made good starters but the main course was not great...and considering we didn't have his details we couldn't speak with him before he called us... He was not on time and that led to a delay in lunch by 2 hours... Overall an okay experience as there is scope of improvement...
