The chef was not very confident of the taste The falafels were very hard Hello was not able to put falafel in pota pockets with veggies and all... Overall a very average experience this time Last time I called from coox was wonderful.

The chef that was initially appointment cancelled 30 minutes before the booking started. The dishes were simple but the chef messed up the dishes quite a bit. Aloo gobhi was very mashed, the chole was salty and the chicken was overcooked.

Cook was supposed to reach at 5 but reached at 7pm. Kind of mental torture and very poor planning on behalf of coox. No call support from coox at all. Very poor system. Due to this i had already made two dishes out of 5 before cook came. So it was not useful for me but kind a stressful experience.

Chef was puncture and and hygenic but the customer support cheated me by saying that he is a pro chef and well versed with mexican. They assured me everytime and stopped taking my calls. Of 7 dishes i said, he could make just 2 which isn't his problem...it was the support and operations teams issue. Overall i m never gonna book again.. very unprofessional team. I had to end up cooking the remaining things
