Chef was polite, friendly and talkative. Constantly checking with the host for preparation preferences which is appreciated. I had booked for 2dishes, chole and aloo Paratha. Chole was delicious and in proper quantity but aloo Paratha wasn't upto the mark, quantity for the aloo Paratha turned out be less than intinially planned and had to remake the stuffing from scratch mid service. And the quality was below Average as it was mixed with lots of raw flour in the stuffing which diluted the taste of parathas. Service was delayed by 2 and half hours, which I'm disheartened to say that wasn't acceptable. After the service was over, the mess in the kitchen was beyond imagination. Despite him promising he will clean it afterwards, he didn't seeing my domestic helper at work. I felt the chef could have been more hygienic and sensible of the utensils used for the cooking, when you know utensils needs to be soaked in water for sometime before washing, it could have directly soaked in water afte

Chef worst tha, Helper was good, Firstly chef was late and he didnt know what he have to make in my booking, he forget to make laccha paratha, he forget about noodles, he made 4 dishes only 2 dishes are good, allo tikki was half cooked, He wanted to go earlier and he didn't cleaned the kitchen at all
