Pineapple raita made turned bitter. They preparaed raita first and kept it for 4 hours . So called Chefs din't know that pineapple raita turns bitter when kepy for long time. It wasted my resourcws 2.5 lit curd, 1 kg pineapple and had horrible experience for dining. I claim refund.

Poor service, unprofessional chef. I hired chef from coox who was extremely unprofessional, food was raw, tasteless, oily. As soon as you sign up , coox support team stop responding. They have hidden charges once you sign up. If you need good chef then extra charges are applicable else you will get an amature chef with unprofessional behaviour. Cook Somi Shetty from Hyderabad was in hurry as soon as she arrived at venue. She refused to cook as per menu selection and asked to order from restaurant. She served uncooked raw tasteless food. My party of 20 people was ruined because of such food quality. They charge hefty amount like rs. 3500 just for chef which is unjustified for such services.
