The cook and helper were punctual, professional, friendly and cooked tasty food. Highly recommended. The app itself can do better on order confirmation and notifications. There was no notification when the ingredient list was shared or cook was assigned. Customer support on WhatsApp can be a little more courteous.

First customer support did not provide information about chef inspite of asking multiple time to understand the chef Requirment’s like vessel, gas and ingredients and so on . Have gone multiple times to get groceries after chef visited place apart from the list provided . Chef was not assigned till the last moment and my booking was at 1pm and came at 2:30 and no one called to inform that the chef would be delayed . Chef food taste was amazing and no complaints on it.
