Time estimation was wrong…one chef was not enough….in my opion chef should accompany one helper by default….

The food was ok, chef behaviour and punctuality exceptional but the chef left the kitchen dirty and in a mess and categorically stated that the cleaning after cooking is not his job. I would probably take as much time and effort in cleaning and tidying up as I would’ve taken in cooking myself.

- one feedback for "COOX" that the time slot alloted is not enough and according to the menu selected. It almost felt like COOX wants to deliberately charge for overtime, I almost felt cheated by tricking me into a false promise. Due to time crunch and overall cooking speed impact, we had to decide to drop the moong dal halwa. - While we did mention to the cook that my mom is diabetic so don't use sugar however he went ahead and put sugar in everything, taking it to a point where paneer lababdar and Manchurian became unpalatable.
