In a faceless transaction, there needs to be better responsiveness. On day of event, i had to try for multiple times over 6 hours t9 connect to someone. The quantity of ingredients was almost 20% more. For chicken tikka, instead of chicken thighs I was asked to buy chicken breast. There were few ingredients which was not even used and few which was not added in the list.
