The chef was inexperienced. He did not make how to make simple pooris. Made thick pooris which were filled with oil. Had booked for making 3 vegetables but made only two vegetables and redused to make the third one since he was running out of time. The vegetables made were without any taste or flavor. They only had a lot of oil and cream which we had to remove before eating. Made the Kichten very dirty and did not clean after completing the cooking. Atleast take this review seriously, I can even sharethe pic of what chef has cooked so u can beleive. He absolutely has no clue of a decent cooking. Gobi manchurian was prepared like gobi sambar. Jeera rice was burnt, no salt,no taste and not edible. Chef always had pan in his mouth while cooking a d even speaking, absolutely no hygeine. I bet, u can't eat a meal what he prepared. We informed customer care via chatbox, as I wasn't able to reach them to talk, to inform I'm sending the chef back. But chatbot sucked too.
