Extremely Disappointed – Not South Indian Cuisine at All I had specifically asked for South Indian style dishes, but the cook/chef who arrived had no clue how to prepare authentic South Indian food. I requested Chicken 65, and what I received was nothing close—it was more like a Chinese-style Chicken Manchurian, completely off the mark. There is a huge difference between Chicken 65 and Manchurian, and it’s shocking that someone claiming to be a chef doesn’t know that. This was a complete letdown, and the experience was far from what was promised. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed
