Two dishes were way below expectation- pinnacle raita was very diluted and Phirni was very thick and rice felt undercooked. Snacks and other dishes were made well

I had booked both for breakfast and lunch...but somehow i informed them that one day before that I wanted to hold the lunch.... the team said you pay full amount then we will put the rest of the money in the wallet for future bookings....but now they are not either picking up the phone.This chef was ok than the previous day chef.but the team is horrible, they deny their own words...pl do not trust them... I have taken screenshot of all their chats still they don't have any courtesy.... very very unprofessional behaviour.....
