My last two experience was good but my recent one is horrible. The chef who was supposed to come didn’t came instead he sent some other person who was not at all a chef. When I report this to customer care they told me that the chef is actually a vendor who provides cooks. The question arises that why they have put a vendors picture as an appointed chef. Who does that? I didn’t avail the services and when asked for replacement and refund they didn’t provide. In last 22 days I have called coox customer care zillion times. Some of them cut the call in between, some said they will revert gave to
