The sales rep stopped answering calls after the service was booked. The support rep on the support number did handle the queries. The chef was fine. I was worried after the initial rating but it was actually fine. Another thing, the sales rep had told me that the chef will be available till 11 pm but the app later updated that the slot is for 6 hrs only. Though the chef didn't mention anything, but the sales rep should provide the right information.

The cleaner left 30 mins prior Also didn't ask before booking his ride He was done with most of the cleaning but 30 mins would have helped. I Didn't ask him to stay back though since his ride was already here

Chef can't cook. Food tasteless.items were not cooked according to standard.request money back. Waiter was cooking and chef was serving
