We had enquired earlier if we need bigger vessels/utensils but the CC informed us that the chef ll manage with the vessels present at home but later he asked for bigger vessels. The kitchen was not cleaned. Chicken tikka was not tikka but kababs. A lot of papads/Fryms were not fried/left untouched.

We were told that the chef will stay till 4 or 5 pm evening. He left as soon as the food was ready. Did not clean the kitchen. Wasted a lot of ingredients. Made too much rice and the puries were extremely oily
