Waiters were not confirmed by the platform. Had to make 2 different reservations for 2 waiters required same event. Both showed the same waiters name. Waiters turned up sweaty and in torn jeans and mismatched clothes - not in uniforms or even groomed adequately. Had to give a shirt from the house to them. 2nd waiter had no experience whatsoever. His profile was not shared. He kept dropping things and didn’t even know basic work. Seems like he was tagged on last minute to meet the obligation. Despite repeated follow up, WhatsApp message poor response from platform at the time of booking. Calls were disconnected and not returned. Very very poorly managed experience.
