1) The list of ingredients suggested included the items which were not required for the menu. I bought so many things unnecessarily. 2) I should have been given the choice of cooks to select. In our home, we don't allow other community cooks. I was assigned the cook which was not of my choice. But, I had to accept him as it was already late for changing the cook. 3) The cook asked for so many other ingredients which were not listed by you. My husband had to rush out to buy them, e.g. Khova (not included in the list) & bread crumbs (needed in large quantity.) 4) The usage of utensils was huge . 5) The balance oil quantity was extremely much more than we expected to be. The cook needs to be more careful while using oil, cream, ghee etc. 6) The lemon coriander soup was too sour. 7) The louki kofta was watery and not tasty. 8) The chole taste was not authentic. Overall experience was not satisfactory as compared to the charges paid for.
