Hi, I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the chef service I booked through the Coox app yesterday. The entire experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and I am shocked at the level of mismanagement. Here are the serious issues I faced: The chef was scheduled to arrive at 4 PM, with food ready by 6 PM and to stay until 11 PM. He showed up an hour late at 5 PM and left by 8 PM.
