Chef Natthe was very good and very calm working person. He was efficient and ensured all the items are ready. The only one issue was he could not get an assistant and that slowed down the process little. Strongly suggest to have an assistant if there are more than 15 people to ensure no delay on timing. Overall the chef was good and I would call him again.
