There was shortage of food, and cook was waiting till 10:00 pm even though service got over by 8:00 pm and while attending the guest i was unaware about that he hasn’t stopped the booking. I told him in regards that please go once you have your dinner, he was waiting to have dinner and even didn’t bother that food is less he said to me that ,”mera khana daal do” it’s highly unprofessional my guest also got to know it was too embarrassing. I need to refund for this booking , i have booked Coox multiple times didn’t face this challenge but this time the experience was so awful. Looking forward f
