The food prepared by Chef Pradip was excellent, all my guests loved the food. The helper was super multitasking and he too did an excellent job. 5 stars for both of them. However I would like to give a feedback on the ingredient list shared on the app. It was not a complete list as I had to get a lot of things after the chef arrived. This created a bit of last minute rush for me. Also may I suggest the chef be allocated to my bookings a few days in advance so that the host and chef can communicate and discuss specifics and plan in advance. I did not get chef confirmation till 1 am when my Nikki g fit for 7 am. This created a panic for me.

This was my first time with coox. would like to share my honest opinion. The ingredients list shared was not accurate. One dish in selected menu (Rumali Roti) was not possible in the house set up,tandoor required which was not informed to me. Paid full amount including for Rumali Roti. The chef name given to me was changed in the last minute. The chef Pradeep allocated was very kind, adjusting and did his job to the best possible. Taste of all food items superb. Half guests did not get to eat the starters and main course was not enough for all to eat properly. I had purchased extra than the list given still it was not sufficient eg: Appam batter (given was 500 gm and bought 1 kg) but not enough. So overall, dont rely on the list given as you have to apply your own mind and order ingredients. The cost for ingredients will double if you use coox ingredient delivery services (actual cost 7500 with delivery 14500). Be careful - ingredients list-dishes selected.
