Overall, a good experience with some setbacks The quantity of ingredients - assumption was way off. Had to order a bulk load again on the day of the event after persistently asking him to make sure food shouldn’t be insufficient. He was polite and good at his work. However he didn’t know how to operate an Otg or even knew the settings of how to make a pizza. A chef who knows how to bake should have taken the job,knowing there is pizza on the menu. He was good . Few items like pineapple raita, keema samosa he didn’t do properly . Spring rolls were good . Indian items he made good . But little fancy items he was unable to make .

1. For majority of items the quantity was doubled 2. Didn't get helper. There was a delay of almost half an hour. At last my mother had to help him to get things on track 3. He left early saying he has another job and asked us to end the job

The cook came on time, the ingredients list was way less, definitely need to look into that. The cook watered it down to increase the volume and the taste was not good Did not get the value for money

He does not know how to make Chinese food. Both starter and main course didn’t taste well. Noodles, gravy, honey chilli potato. Indian food tasted good like paneer tikka, haryali kabab. Corn chaat was the hit of the show. But the clean up in the end was not done properly at all. As per the COOX booking he was supposed to stay till 10 but he rushed and left even before my guests arrived. Overall below average experience.
