I made a booking for 26 Jan 5 pm to 11 pm. When my cook arrived, the booking started to show timing as 4 pm to 10 pm. I made a call to your customer care number and they assured me that this is a backend glitch and they have dropped a message in their internal group chat. The cook will continue as per agreed booking time. But when the time came for closure of job, it was prompting me to pay approx INR 600 more for the overtime. I again called the customer care and I was assured by the person that they will quickly check this and get back to me in 5 mins.but I didn't receive a call back. When I called the customer care number nobody picked up the call . I tried to call for at least 10-15 times but nobody picked up. At last I had to pay full amount to cook and it spoiled my party as well. I am deeply dissatisfied with the team handing customer care. This is fraudulent and disheartening.
