Overall it was a good experience and the food was very delicious however, the chef arrived late by an hour considering he got the booking from GTB nagar to Faridabad. He should have got another assistant with him as this time my spouse had to be in the kitchen for the whole time and helped him continuously till the end.

Coox's chef used to be very good earlier but recent experience is not good. Can't contact the chef before hand discuss the menu and ingredients. The chef had very basic skills and some of the items prepared were not very good.

2 hours late inefficient and Inexperienced cook, put me into lot of stress and embarrassment throughout. Tasteless food, unimpressive presentation and poor server made my 1 experience with coox bitter and a traumatic lesson. And truly....I could enjoy my party even for 5 minutes as I was all time runing with them for arrangements and henceforth canceled all further plans to book for upcoming event on 8th Nov. Thank you coox for giving me an eye opener experience which I was really looking forward too. Your unprofessionalism of really hurt me. Please don't do this with anyone else, it's a prestige issue for us.
