The head chef left by 12.15 which is not acceptable. I had paid for a pro. Chef. He was suppose to stay till evening but left in 2 hours. What is the point in paying so much money.

This time poor experience since chefs were not available. They came late, We skipped a few dishes to get things done. main chef also ran off in between for his duty since this was not planned for him and last minute. But anyways was able to pull things together thanks to the helper chef who stayed back. While in the end it turned out ok but it was stressful throughout as they couldn't make it in time starting only and we were stressed out hours before guests arrival if they will get stuff done in time. Obviously it's overcharged now since we paid for 11 dishes but got only 9 dishes made... But anyways paid the full amount
