I had prior booked for Sunday had 17 guests coming over. Wanted the experience to be seemless so my guests could enjoy themselves. On the very day of my booking the assigned chef cancelled the booking last minute saying he will not work after 11.30 as he had other job. But as promised my booking was till 1 am. He switched off his phone and cancelled booking just before half n hour of his arrival which was 4 pm. After repeated calls and messages to customer support they arranged for me a alternate chef who came at 7pm which was already 3 hours late as per my previous booking . My dinner serving
