The agency has only WhatsApp to interact that too one has to interact with computerised messages, very impractical. There is no mob or landline number to interact. The agency doesn't tell you if someone has accepted the assignment, imagine as in our case, the chef was to arrive 7 AM and till two hours before we were guessing if someone will come,we started cooking since guests were to come at 12 noon and we did not want to cut a sorry figure. OVER ALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AGENCY.
