Uday came bang on time. Was very courteous and helpful through out the party. He cleaned and dried the crockery. Neatly wrapped up the kitchen after the party. I would definitely recommend his services. Very happy that I chose Coox.

We had a very disappointing experience with the waiter service. The individual assigned to us did not speak Hindi, which made basic communication extremely difficult. On top of that, the service was very slow and it was quite evident that the waiter was inexperienced. Despite raising concerns and sharing the issues, no attempt was made by Coox to replace the allocated individual or resolve the situation. Overall, it was a let-down and far from the professional service we had expected.
