The snacks were less and the main course too much .....the cooks should have arrived atleast 3 hours before to work meticulously .. they cleaned the kitchen later but it was chaotic for the first 3 hours ! The snacks plating was below average as the cook and helper were tooo overwhelmed by work.they reached my venue at 4:10 fto serve the food by 9:00 it was way too late .the cook was good but he could not work up to his potential just because of the time management.The app has a major role to play here. Giving service till 3:00 am ... extended to 4:00 am is utter nonsense what will I do with t
