Among the 6 items he prepared 3 were good n remaining 3 were utter flop.He didn't cook authentic taste ...we missed south Indian flavours in the dishes.Kitchen was too messy after his work.I could rate 5 out of 10.

Chef came was fine.. but bad rating is for customer care support who were not reachable over call or message and din't provide the cooking appliances which I booked due to which I had to face lot of issues. I had to buy the appliances from outside. All the menus also didn't cover because coox didn't provide the appliances. Even after multiple calls and messages no customer care executive helped on the issues. I booked Cleaner service but he didn't come and when I tried to reschedule, it asked for extra amount which I paid then also rescheduled didn't happen. Customer care didn't help me neither they refund my money.. Customer care don't even know how to help.. they keep on forwarding calls here and there but no solution you will get. worst service provider. I would suggest do not go with coox. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY ......BAAAADDDDD EXPERIENCE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE
