Appreciate Sarita. She cooked good, tasteful food in a hygienic way. I wasn't sure about her as she was sort of new for coox but she delivered a good job. She came later than promised but i think her calculation was right and she very well managed to get everything ready in time. She was patient, friendly and warm, cooked and served with love. There was some gap about ingredients from the app but we managed. I have to say, by not connecting us to d cook until d last hr, customer care is doing no good, instead they make the customer feel unsure and stressed about the whole thing. Better and o

I liked the snacks, but rice were not okay, and so was kofte and daal. Roti or naan were also not cooked in time for the main guest. I would be okay to bring her again but i may have some feedback that she would have to work on the next time. Overall she was good.

I understand that mistakes can happen — we’re all human — but my experience with Chef Sarita was quite disappointing in terms of professionalism. She appeared to be in a hurry throughout the session, which led to multiple issues. First, she accidentally spilled the chopped vegetables on the floor, causing wastage. Then, in her rush, she broke my chopper and later even the screwdriver. In terms of food, the taste of some dishes was fine, but instead of Paneer Lababdar, she served Shahi Paneer, which was not what I had requested.
