Booked 2 people and only one turned up. Nobody bothered to update us. Saurabh was helpful guy . He tried to make it up. Bartender was not even dressed properly that we had to send him back. So zero star for coox service. The cook was helpful and cooperative guy so this star is only for him and for coox service -zero star

- Pizza was made by us not by ur chef - ⁠kofta and paneer gravy was same - secondly kofta was made by us - ⁠paneer chilly one batch was made by us - ⁠there was no lachha paratha, no nann and no biryani - none of these was made . Instead we had to make roti which ur chef hardly assisted us - ⁠also in each and every stuff we had keep helping and ur chef was just not able to handle the work - ⁠ur chef says he was not suppose to come to cook and he was forced to come here - we are not concerned once it was booked we wanted our service and we are not suppose to handle ur chefs tantrums - ⁠10 guests were waiting plus 2 kids were without food - finally we had to make food for them at 2. There was a commitment from ur end that the food will be ready at 12…… are u serious that we had cook, help, face tantrums from ur chef and lastly no food for kids and embarrassment from the guests This kind of service is not just acceptable
