Chef Siraj was truly professional and guided me while ordering the right quantity of raw materials required to feed 200 ppl. He quickly sorted the materials required for his job, and in no time, he was in action. After 40 mins the kitchen was filled with the aromatic fragrance of his art. I was not able to resist and headed to the kitchen for tasting. The food on the table was loved by all. His patience and polite behaviour impressed me. Thank you Siraj.
