Chef Soni arrived bang on time. Her conduct & working style was satisfactory. Overall her food was good and we liked our first experience with Coox service. But there were a few glitches that I’m listing below that I would like to point out in order to improve our future experience with you. 1. Chef Soni wasn’t open to listening to our suggestions regarding the dishes. She seemed adamant about thinking that she’s doing the right thing. 2. The cook Ms Soni Alam arrived late. Though, her behaviour was good and she did her work silently. But apparently, she was more bothered about clicking pictures of the food she prepared. Not letting my domestic help serve the good on time. She spoiled the bhaturas , the main dish, completely by making them thick annd red . She added baking soda/ powder to it … if she knew it beforehand , which she claimed later, it will spoil the bhaturas , why did she added it in the first place. Chole bhature was the main dish but the bhaturas were unpresentable and tasteless . Now, I hv to think twice before
