Overall experience was good. But with little hiccups. Starters were excellent but quantity was less. And main course was also good with quantity more than required. There was some damages as well as as 2 utensils broke down/damaged.

Milon and Soumadeep are very professionals and served us with sumptuous and delicious food. Both are very elegant but in behaviour and conduct. Overall an efficient team with immense talent. All guests requested to convey their gratitude as well Suggestions for improvement by COOX 1. Needs to make the process interactive in finalising menu, ingredient 2. COOX should make chef speak once at least one day before to give a personal touch 3. We are unable to call chef through website, may be due to some system issues 4. To overcome above issue, COOX should inform us by automated SMS & WhatsApp about Chef assigned till his arrival at destination Overall a delightful experience

Without out housekeeper managing this team, we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the team. I would have expected freshly made garlic bread and pizzas- not that ready made garlic bread needs to be bought and also pizza crust. Their timing of cooking was also off, started to make pizzas too early etc. On the other hand they were willing to listen to suggestions and add some dishes to the list.

Dinner time is 7 Pm, and chef and helper is arrving at 6:15 Pm, Everything was delayed, Waste of money and time. Was helping and cooking myself to get things done on time. First few booking from coox were good, Day by day they are degrading the service and quality .
