Chef services were top notch, but assistant was inexperienced and inactive to handle a decent sized group, which possibly caused delay in serving starters (served at 10pm) Due to this, main course was delayed too, leading to overtime and extra charges.

Although the taste was good but the experience was not as per satisfactory. The starting was due to chef working alone. The list of ingredients were not correct so we have to order multiple times that chef did not had. There were lot of items that went unused. This was due to chef working alone in the start. If the chef was not alone from beginning the time management would be correct. Hope he understands the need of help.

He is not at all patient... Kitchen chota hai, time nahi bacha, kaise karu, microwave nahi hai, etc etc... Every 5 minutes he is like yeh ingredient nahi hai, vo nahi hai... It is there with other stuff... But bhai ko dekhna nahi hai... Whole time he has given me anxiety. This is the 3rd time I have booked from Coox and I was quiet happy with the service but this chef is not upto the mark. The food taste good and not his attitude. Microwave nahi hai, that should be sorted when I have selected the menu.
