We tried coox for the first time and we just say that the chef was amazing. He was punctual. The food was ready at the correct time and was being served hot.. everyone enjoyed the tasty dishes. Chef was very polite and there was no wastage of food .. that's the best part!! Great work..

The cook was punctual. The food was tasty and well presented. The hygiene level was not upto the mark and the quantity was way more than required. Poor estimation of quality which led too a lot of food wastage. The dishes were delayed due to poor organisation skills and left the kitchen un cleaned. The helper was inexperienced which led to a lot of pressure on the cook

I am not at all happy with yesterday's experience The cook damaged my utensils? He broke one of my pan and put scratch on non-stick cookware even though I provided wooden spatula The whole kitchen sink was in a mess with stinky sticky material on all my utensils : It's not about sharing my experience. It's all about the solution to this concern With this experience, do not consider me making any further bookings The cook also kept on complaining of the things that I do not have in my home, whereas I had made all the things in the list provided available beforehand For the dessert, shahi tukda, cook only fried the breads and assume that I already have Rabri in my home. Only when I explained to him that I had selected the dish so, ofcourse, I need the whole dessert, that he reluctantly made the rubbery

Chef didn’t prepare stuff as per quantity required, left before time and didn’t clean the kitchen. Taste was average.

The ingredients and appliances list was incorrect. Also the chef had zero time management, he prepared lunch at around 4;30 pm. All the guest were upset and it was insulting for us. The dishes we decided were not prepared by him, I selected Chicken curry but that was not prepared instead he made butter chicken. He did not prepare few dishes like Veg Jal farezi, Papad etc still he asked for full payment. Even the dal makhani he made was pathetic in taste. We selected coox by seeing there chef photos and all but he was not at all a chef. He was more looking like a catering manager than chef. The helper he brought was doing nothing and spending time on his phone. Also he had zero idea about quantity, there was a lot of wastage of cutted vegetables and dishes. Even he asked us to buy more quantity of chicken and vegetables which were not used at all so ultimately it was an additional dig in my pocket. He made us buy more appliances as he told us that the one mentioned in the list are incor
