Our exp with coox was a big let down. they gave wrong info to the cooks and to us. The cooks were supposed to work at our place till 12 but they said they were told to finish cooking and leave, so the cooks made naans by 10 pm and started to leave while we were not even ready to have the dinner. Cooks told us that coox told them that we we will provide them with ready made ravioli which was not the case. Coox told cooks on a con call that we had , to cook naan in oven (this was hilarious). The cooks finally left early and the coox team told me that they will adjust some amount (will come on compensation to us) but I had to first pay the full amount. I knew that they won’t revert and I have been proven right. While our house party was going on, it bacame very messy to deal with them and it affected our guests. The coox team did not bother to check on anything with us. They were not even picking up the phone of the cooks while day. Cooks & coox fought with each other. Imagine our pain.
