Absolutely stunned by the value for money and the COOX support. From the beginning of booking to final preparation by chef, everything went smoothly. My requests in between to change menu, number of people were agreed to. Chef Shivanand and assistant came at the right time and prepared dishes on time. 4 star is because improvement needed in listing more items in menu and ingredients for same. Chef missed preparing kosambari because of no fault of his but me selecting papaya salad instead and forgetting to inform him. Overall, highly recommend COOX for anyone looking for professional service.

The taste of food was not up to the mark. I requested for the chef who is expert in making Jain food but looking at taste it is like less experienced chef for North Indian jain food. Overall I can say the food was like regular ghar ka khana and not like prepared by experienced chef. Also Chef left in hurry by 1:30 pm only however it was booked till 4:30

I was disappointed with Coox’s service. Over the phone, I was promised a professional chef, but was assigned someone with a 2.5-star rating who felt more like a domestic cook. I had clearly mentioned I wanted food ready by 12 PM, and was advised to book the 11 AM slot, with the assurance that the cook would arrive 2–3 hours early. However, I received a WhatsApp message saying he’d arrive at 11 AM, which was confusing. The cook, Yogananda, arrived 1 hour late. Though polite, he struggled to manage food for 12 people. My wife and I had to help fry pooris and guide him while making kheer. Overall

The food was below average. Matar paneer was only matar, few pieces of paneer and no gravy. The quantity was for at least 35 people and most of it was thrown. Left the utensils and kitchen dirty. He took pictures of some other wash basin where the used utensils were not even kept. We were busy with the function so could not notice. Please never send him to our party again.

Poor service... Just pathetic... Booked for 2pm... Customer care said will reach by 3 then again extended to 4 and guess what cook came at 6:15pm... 45 min before the party... Started cooking at 6:30pm and couldn't finish cooking by 9pm. Everything was mess. Biryani was under cooked... Kebabs were raw and tight... It was a complete blunder booking coox... first booking and worst experience...wouldn't recommend anyone... U people should close your business... U r good for nothing.... Don't know what parameters have you set for cooks... Atleast they must know cooking and u people must know how

We specifically asked for a cook who specialises in North Indian cooking, still got him who doesn't know anything north indian. He was very adamant and not listening at all. I am pregnant and asked to avoid few spices as these are not allowed, he was not listening, ultimately I have to stand in kitchen for few minutes and make him understand.
