The chef was very polite, humble, and respectful, which made the experience pleasant. The food was tasty and guests were happy. He arrived on time and was well-prepared. However, a few things can be improved. Too many utensils were used — it felt like food was made for 18-20 people instead of 8. The kitchen was left quite messy, and hygiene during cooking could be better. A lot of raw materials were wasted, which can be avoided with better planning. Also, for a 9:00 PM serving time, 4 hours prep would be more comfortable than 2.5, as it felt rushed for both host and chef. I also ordered ingred
