Extremely poor and disappointing experience. Didn't expect this bad taste of food, should give a negative rating. Not a single item was good! 1. mixed refined oil with mustard oil which gave an expected pungent smell to all the food. Didn't even bother to ask, not sure why would he do that. 3. He fried the first batch of veg cutlets and thankfully I tasted it and found out that they were undercooked and only realised it after we told him about it. All cutlets turned hard like stones after cooling. 4. The Pulav was bad and dry with roasted spices. Totally clueless about the quantity. made for 40 people instead of 15. 5. The dahi k sholey batter was not as firm as it had to be and he stuffed it in slices of bread and fry them making it all oily. Never had dahi ke sholey stuffed with bread! 6. paneer: over loaded with cream and butter, gravy out of proportion. Again bad pungent taste. 7. Paranthas: made for 40 people instead of 15.
